Refund Policy; Your rights regarding Cancellation & Charges

Gatwick Heathrow Cars usually do not store credit or debit card information neither will we share customer information with any 3rd parties, in which the Services are paid for by PayPal, Credit or Debit Card or Account and in the case of Cash Services the Driver performing the Services.

We are focused on protecting your privacy and only use the details that we collect with regards to you legitimately in accordance with the Data Protection act 1998.

Refunds will be granted within the following conditions:

  • You are able to cancel your reservation within 1 hour of booking your trip on-line, via telephone or e-mail in accordance with this terms associated with booking policy, providing that the trip was not as soon as possible or perhaps we’ve not dispatched the car. The cancellation policy legal rights are not going to apply and we’ll refund in full in case you have paid already.
  • All Advance bookings reserved paid by way of a paypal or credit card or debit card, Cancellations must be made 24 hours earlier than pick up time.
  • Cancellation instructed 24 hours or more in advance of booked journey time are qualified for a charge of £10.00 for a single journey booking and £15.00 for a return trip booking.
  • Cancellation instructed 7 to 24 hours prior to the reserved trip time are entitled to a charge of 25% from the quoted fare.
  • Cancellation permitted under this policy,, we are going to refund any money received for that specific trip with the same payment method used. We shall process the refund due within 24 hours of the time we received appropriate notice of cancellation.
  • No charges in status involving flight delays, we keep track of flight without cost when using the flight infomation given at time of reservation and our driver will be at the airport terminal after 20-30 minutes after flight landing time.
  • If the passenger missed the actual flight and lets us know in advance either by way of email, text or telephone.
  • All cards cancellations are entitled to minimum fee of £10.00 (bank charges)

No Refunds shall be issued for the following

  • Cancellations which are not instructed of are considered to be within the status ”NO SHOW” and will qualified for a charge of 100%. "Failed to meet the driver on pick up time"
  • Cancellations obtained under 24 hours are qualified for full charge.
  • Cancellation’s not informed up to 7 hours in advance of the time of booking cancellation charge incurred 100% of quoted fare.
  • Pre-booked jobs and journeys are need to be dispatched 7 hours before the pick-up time, to guarantee the vehicle to be at pickup location, we reserve the ability to charge 100% of quoted fare with regards to trip unless the ancellation has been given ahead of the dispatch of the vehicle.
  • Misleading information or details of journey made available from traveler or perhaps the booker this includes wrong filght number, traveler details, phone number, pick-up place
  • Customer or passenger leaves the pick up location without the need of informing us (our team) or perhaps Not available once the vehicle arrives to the pick-up place) without any reason whatsoever. Will regarded the trip as" NO SHOW" section (b.1) of this article.
  • Airport pickup; When a passenger ceases to meet the driver within the arrival hall or make contact to inform their position within 2 hours from flight landing time will be viewed as as No Show.

Flight Cancellations

  • Should your flight be cancelled for some reason and you are on a journey at a later time, you can always let us know therefore we can continue to keep your booking on hold.
